Ashanti Suriyam
Ashanti teaches the Sexy Stilettos class where students learn unleash
their hidden diva with a bump ‘n' grind dance style that is foxy, sexy
and screams "look at me!" Ashanti has toured the world studying a
diverse range of styles including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, and
flamenco. Career highlights include a performance at the Canadian Urban
Dance Music Awards in Toronto.
Ashanti is a highly credentialed dance teacher, holding diplomas from the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing and Spanish Dance Institute. More than 12 year as a dance teacher includes two years at Seaton Catholic College, plus many workshops featuring guest international dance teachers through her own business.
